Madison, WI: Silvermine Subs leased 2,000 sqft of restaurant space to be located at the Arbor Gate retail/office mixed-use project now under construction at Todd Drive & the West Beltline Hwy. (Opening date scheduled for October 2008)
Madison, WI: HuHot Mongolian Grill leased 5,500 sqft of restaurant space at City Center Junction, a retail mixed-use development under construction at 610 Junction Road on Madison’s Westside. (Opening date scheduled for November 2008)
Middleton, WI: PDQ Food Stores, Inc. for the purchase of their new 15,700 sqft corporate headquarters building located at 7601 Discovery Drive, Middleton WI. PDQ is currently located at 8383 Greenway Blvd, Middleton and will be moving to their new location in fall 2008
