News 06/23/2006 : Nashville Member Closes Deals While In Recovery Remarkably, during his recovery from Heart Surgery, Jimbo Cook, CIRBıs Nashville Member, closed four Sante Fe deals. Then sold three back to the present operator and one in Clarksville, TN to Golden Rule BBQ. Each of these buildings was approximately 7000 SF.
During this time, Jimbo Cook also closed on a Jim Nı Nicks BBQ in Murfreesboro, TN.
Total Transactions equaled out to $5.5 million.
