News 06/22/2006 : New Developments at Central Place Real Estate, Wisconsin CPRE, as agent to the Landlord, Parktowne Development, has negotiated a lease for a 4800 SF Melting Pot Restaurant in the Towne Center Shops, located near West Towne Regional Mall in Madison, WI.
CPRE has negotiated leases for a new Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop and other retail stores in Hill-dale Shopping Center, as part of Hill-dale's major redevelopment into what will become the largest and most upscale mixed use lifestyle center in Madison, WI. Hill-dale has also attracted the first Robert Redford Sun-dance Cinema in the country, as well as a host of other fine upscale retailers and restaurants including Fleming's Steakhouse and Flat Top Grill.
CPRE is representing Bonefish Grill in the State of Wisconsin for site selection and is actively looking for sites in both Madison and Milwaukee, WI. CPRE is also representing Cheeseburger in Paradise in the state of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois for site selection activities.
