Adobo Grill first opened its doors in 2000 in Chicago, Illinois. The "FiestAdobo" vibe caught on, and the second Adobo Grill was opened in Chicago, Illinois in the summer of 2004. Now with the representation of Brian Epstein of Urban Space Commercial Properties, owner Paul LoDuca will open the third Adobo Grill location at 4939 East 82nd Street in Indianapolis on April 15, 2006.
The Chicago-based eatery serves up contemporary Mexican cuisine and is known for its margaritas, tableside guacamole and signature entrees.“Mexican cuisine and upscale, casual dining are not mutually exclusive concepts,” said Paul LoDuca of the daVINCI Group, which operates Adobo Grill. “We are bringing a fresh, new idea for a great dining experience that is centered on the qualities that matter most — great food in a great atmosphere.”
