News 02/20/2006 : BCD DESIGNS SPACE WITH SPACES ARCHITECTURE Branded Concept Development (BCD) is proud to announce that it has formed a strategic alliance with Long Island based Spaces Architecture. The joint venture will be called BCD Design. BCD will now provide complete in-house design services for its extensive portfolio of clients.
Founded in 1994, Spaces Architecture is a full service architectural firm, offering design, construction documentation and construction administration services. The principal officers have extensive experience in all phases of commercial interior and exterior design. In the past twelve years, they have completed a wide variety of projects, encompassing such specialties as motion picture theatres, restaurants and retail spaces.
“BCD Design will extend Spaces platform to opportunities that only BCD can provide within the restaurant and retail segment of the market,” said George Badger, Principal of Spaces Architecture.
“In-house design services are a logical progression for BCD. We are excited to align with Spaces and have the ability to extend their expert design resources to our clientele as a seamless turnkey service,” said Andrew Moger, CEO of Branded Concept Development.
BCD is an outsourced real estate, design and construction alternative for developing restaurant and retail concepts.
