News 01/19/2006 : Branded Concept Development Helps Energy Kitchen Franchise in Manhattan. Branded Concept Development (BCD), CIRB member for the New York Metro area, is proud to announce their client Energy Kitchen has recently signed a 10-year lease for 1,000 square feet at 417 West 47th Street in Manhattan. This is Energy Kitchen’s 4th location, as well as their first franchised location in Manhattan.
Elizabeth Oliner of BCD, who represents Energy Kitchen, negotiated on behalf of the tenant with the landlord’s broker, J.K. Dansar Corp.
