News 11/23/2005 : Branded Concept Development - Expands Buttercup Bake Shop In New York Branded Concept Development (BCD), CIRB member for the New York metro area, is proud to announce their client Buttercup Bake Shop has recently signed a 10-year lease for 1,600 square feet at 41-21 28 Street in Long Island City. This location will be used as a commissary and franchisee training location.
Alexandra Turboff of Branded Concept Development, who represents Buttercup Bake Shop, negotiated on behalf of the tenant with the landlord's representative, David Inerfeld of Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty.
BCD has also brokered the deal for Buttercup Bake Shop's first franchised location at 141 West 72nd Street in Manhattan. BCD was responsible for the design and construction of the 1,700 square foot space.
