Kotis buys Greensboro shopping center
Kotis Holdings LLC of Greensboro has purchased the Lawndale Village Shopping Center, according to a statement from a real estate company that represented the seller.
Edens & Avant, a South Carolina firm, sold the shopping center to Kotis for $2.75 million. Trammel Crow's retail investment services division represented Edens & Avant in the deal.
Lawndale Village, which is 97 percent leased, is located on Lawndale Drive just north of Pisgah Church Road in Greensboro. Kotis Holdings is run by Marty Kotis, president of commercial real estate firm Kotis Properties.
