News 04/08/2004 : QUIZNO'S, HARBOR FREIGHT...Tenant Assignments, Kaplan Real Estate TENANT REPRESENTATION ASSIGNMENTS
1. Harbor Freight Tools - Kaplan Real Estate Co., Inc. has been assigned the right to represent Harbor Freight Tools looking for approximately 15,000 sq. ft. sites in the St. Louis metro area.
2. Quizno's Subs- Kaplan Real Estate Co., Inc. has been selected to represent Quizno's in multiple markets throughout Missouri and Illinois and parts of Oklahoma and Arkansas. Through network affiliates, Kaplan has also represented Quizno's in Western New York State (Innovative Realty - Penny Cipola) and Indiana (Midland Atlantic Partners - Jeffery Hubley). Preferred sites range from 1,400 s.f. to 1,800 s.f. in high traffic high population areas.
3. America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses- Kaplan Real Estate Co., Inc. through Site Source network affiliates (Joel Flachs) has been selected to represent America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses in the St. Louis metro area. Preferred sites are approximately 3,000 sq. ft.
