Jay Cohen of Kaplan Real Estate represented the seller, Montgomery & Son Properties, Inc. in the sale of two eight unit apartment buildings at 1-16 Country Elm Manor Dr., Arnold, MO to Country Elm Properties, LLC. The buyer was unrepresented.
Kaplan Real Estate represented the buyer, The Police Retirement System of St. Louis in the purchase of a 9,150 square foot office building located at 2020-2030 Market St., St. Louis, MO from LM Family Limited Partnership who was represented by Michelson Properties
David Wright of Kaplan Real Estate represented New Hope Realty, Inc. in the lease of 1,550 sq. ft. of office space at 11116 South Towne Square from OBEON, LLC, who was represented by McLain Properties.
David Wright of Kaplan Real Estate represented New Hope Realty, Inc. in the lease of 1,170 sq. ft. of office space at 6240 S. Lindbergh from McLain Partners who was represented by McLain Properties.
David Wright of Kaplan Real Estate represented the landlord, Meramec Family LLC in the lease of a 6,000 sq. ft. free standing office building located at 7820 Maryland Ave., Clayton, MO to One on One Corporation who represented themselves.
Jay Cohen and David Wright represented RKT in the lease of 9,820 sq. ft. of retail space at 950-952 S. Highway Dr., Fenton, MO in the I – 44 Retail Showroom to South Highway LLC d/b/a HOT SHOTS SPORTS BAR & GRILL, who was unrepresented.
