News 03/17/2003 : CIRB Members Speak at Multi-Unit Franchise Conference in Atlanta. CIRB members: Penelope Cheroff, Atlanta; and Jerry Herman, Ohiol; spoke at the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference in Atlanta March 14-15. The CIRB members gave their "Tricks of the Trade" presentation passing on valuable information to the attending franchisees on how to find the best sites and how to buy them at the right price. Some of the "tricks" included deed research of the seller's recent sales, aerial photography, electronic marketing, obtaining restaurant sales volumes, and buying property from churches.
