News 01/21/2003 : CIRB Founding Member to Create an International Restaurant Newsletter. CIRB Founder, Richard L. Lackey, together with his London-based partner, Ian Waddell, is starting an email newsletter which may be of interest to our CIRB NEWSLETTER readers who are involved in or contemplating the international restaurant marketplace.
Aptly named, The Lackey-Waddell Report, it will provide a monthly commentary on various aspects of the international restaurant scene.
The first issue is planned for May, 2003. CIRB has made arrangements for this newsletter to be provided free of charge to the friends of CIRB! If you would like the Lackey-Waddell Report sent to you - please send your name, title, and email address to rlackeyco@aol.com.
