News 02/01/2003 : CIRB Florida Member Disposes of Excess Real Estate in West Palm Beach for Carlson Restaurants Palm Beach. A founder of CIRB and it's South Florida member, Richard Lackey, The Lackey Companies, recently announced they have completed negotiations to lease two major restaurant locations in the downtown Clematis district of West Palm Beach, Florida.
Representing their client, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, they successfully released the Samba Room and Mignon - both previously operated as divisions of TGI FRiday's E Brands division.
The Samba Room is now operating as Parrot's On The Water, a new full service, tropical restaurant and bar concept. Mignon now operates as America, a restaurant/bar featuring an upscale, eclectic menu.
Although The Lackey Companies - now in it's 20th year - operates throughout the South Florida market, they have negotiated more restaurant leases and sales in the Palm Beaches than any other real estate firm. 561 478 9940. rlackeyco@aol.com
