News 10/28/2002 : CIRB Members to Speak at the Upcoming Restaurant Finance and Development Conference in Las Vegas in November  CIRB Members David Orkin, Philadelphia; Penelope Cheroff, Atlanta; Jerry Herman, Ohio; and Marty Kotis, Carolinas; will be speakers at the upcoming Restaurant Finance and Development Conference in Las Vegas in November. The topic will be "Tricks of the Trade – How to Find the Best Sites and How to Buy Them at the Right Price." Some of the "tricks" include deed research of the seller's recent sales, aerial photography, electronic marketing, obtaining restaurant sales volumes, and buying property from churches. CIRB will also have an exhibition booth at the conference. The conference will follow the CIRB Fall Conference, an annual meeting of its members, which will occur the Saturday and Sunday prior to the RFDC.
