News 03/16/2002 : CIRB Announces New Member for Indiana and Kentucky  CIRB is pleased to announce that Urban Space Commercial Properties has become one of its newest members and is serving the Indiana and Kentucky areas. Urban Space is a full-service retail brokerage firm specializing in restaurant work. Brian Epstein, the company’s owner comments, “by joining CIRB we look forward to working with and sharing ideas with some of the best and brightest Restaurant brokers from around the country. We feel that our joining CIRB will be very beneficial to the continued growth of our company’s restaurant brokerage business.”
UrbanSpace is beginning its third year in operation, but its pricipal has been in the business and doing restaurant deals for over 9 years. Some or their current restaurant deals include work with Claddagh Irish Pubs, Don Pablo’s, Roly Poly, Domino’s, Wendy’s, and Subway.
Urban Space’s scope of work includes full scale Brokerage work, Build to suit deals, Investment sales, Disposition sales, Landlord representation and Market research for restaurants.
