News 05/09/2002 : Central Place Real Estate (CIRB Wisconsin) Selected as Leasing Agent for New 400,000sf
Lifestyle Center in Middleton (Madison), WI  Red Development of Phoenix, AR has selected Central Place Real Estate (CIRB Wisconsin) of Madison, WI to be the local leasing agent for the proposed 400,000 sqft Greenway Station Lifestyle Center in Middleton, WI, a suburb of Madison. Central Place will perform brokerage and leasing services to secure the best Madison and Milwaukee-based retail tenants and local and national restaurants within the mall. Central Place was chosen because of its high level of experience in new retail, restaurant and hotel development, owner & tenant representation, and its membership in the Council of International Restaurant Real Estate Brokers. Greenway Station is planned to have a proportionately high number of upscale national and local restaurants to compliment the lifestyle center's railroad theme. Construction of the mall is planned to commence in Spring 2002 with occupancy slated for October 2003. Current tenants include Ann Taylor Loft, Linens & Things, Chico's, Macaroni Grille, Big Bowl, Eddie Merlot's Steakhouse, and Hilton Garden Inn.
