News 04/19/2002 : Hines Selects The Cheroff Group (CIRB Atlanta) as the Exclusive Broker for Restaurant Sites at Overton Park in Atlanta  The Cheroff Group (CIRB Atlanta Member) has been selected by Hines to be the exclusive restaurant broker for “Cafés on the Park” at Overton Park, Atlanta’s most exciting new mixed-use project. At completion, Overton Park will consist of approximately 1.1 million square feet of commercial office space, a full service hotel, five restaurant/commercial sites and a 400-unit luxury condominium complex.“Cafés on the Park” is the restaurant component of Overton Park.
