News 12/15/2001 : The Cheroff Group (CIRB Atlanta) Successfully Lands Sit-down Restaurants for CNN Center, Atlanta  The Cheroff Group (CIRB Atlanta Member), as exclusive broker representing Turner Properties, has finalized leases for two new sit-down restaurants at CNN Center. The prominent corner restaurant space in front of CNN Center on Centennial Olympic Park has been leased to McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant. Another exterior location on Centennial Olympic Park Drive near Philip’s Arena has been leased to Don Juan’s Mexican Cantina, an upscale version of the Ninfa’s concept out of Houston, Texas. The Cheroff Group continues to work on Turner Properties’ behalf to lease CNN Center to quality restaurants and retailers.
