News 04/10/2002 : Griffin Restaurant Group (CIRB Michigan) Meets with State Legislators to Support the Restaurant Industry On April 10, 2002 the staff of Griffin Restaurant Group visited the State Capitol in Lansing to participate in the Michigan Restaurant Association's Capital Day. Griffin Restaurant Group President Scott Griffin sent Reataurant Specialists Michael Scheid, J.T. Maloney and Gordon Matthews to conferences designed to educate restarauteurs and affiliates on legislative issues related to the restaurant industry. They then met with legislators to present the restaurant industry's positions on those issues. Griffin Restaurant Group is considered a key affiliate member of the Michigan Restaurant Association, and is involved in many Association functions.
