News 04/01/2002 : Carlson Restaurants Awards Lackey Companies (CIRB Florida) the Mignon Exclusive  Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Dallas, recently awarded The Lackey Companies, Palm Beach, Florida with an Exclusive Marketing Agreement to handle the disposal of the West Palm Beach Mignon location.Mignon was one of the restaurant concepts developed by Carlson as part of their Emerging Brands division, which is now being phased out in order to concentrate on their core business of TGI Friday's and a newly-acquired Pick Up Stix concept.Richard L. Lackey, President of The Lackey Companies, a founder of CIRB and currently Chairman, previously served on a MUFSO International Restaurants panel with Richard Snead, Carlson's newly-elected President.
