News 04/21/2002 : Record Sales Being Reported at Palm Beach's City Place  Richard L. Lackey, The Lackey Companies, Palm Beach, reports of record sales at Palladium Company's trend-setting, $550 million City Place development in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. The Lackey Companies was the only area broker to have negotiated restaurants for City Place and the only brokerage firm to have brought two successful restaurants to this record-setting, multi-use venue. Lackey, responsible for both Bellagio's and Mezanotte, tells us that estimated sales for many of the nine restaurants are amongst the highest volumes in their respective chains. His estimate of sales are: Cheesecake Factory - $12 M, Legal Seafoods - $6 M, Blue Martini - $ 4.5 M, Bellagio's - $5 M and City Cellar - $6.5 M.
