News 04/01/2002 : CIRB Ohio Member Working with the Palm Restaurant and Others  J. J. Herman & Associates, Inc. is pleased to be representing The Palm restaurant in their search for a Cleveland, Ohio location. After doing a market analysis we have determined that the east side of Cleveland has the best office demographics for their lunch business and the best residential demographics for their dinner business. We are in the process of looking at several opportunities. J. J. Herman & Associates, Inc. is representing Golden Corral franchisee, Firsch’s Restaurants, in their search to locate approximately 12 new restaurants in Northern Ohio over the next few years.
