News 01/28/2002 : Kotis Properties (CIRB Carolinas) is Named 2002 Restaurant Supplier of the Year by the North Carolina Restaurant Association Kotis Properties, CIRB's Carolinas member, was awarded top honors by the North Carolina Restaurant Association. The NCRA states: "In acknowledgement of your outstanding contributions to the protection and promotion of North Carolina’s $9 billion restaurant industry and for your recognition of the North Carolina Restaurant Association (NCRA) as a key component in securing the future growth of the industry, you are hereby designated "Restaurant Supplier of the Year." Your vision and special assistance to restaurant owners in their efforts to purchase new properties to expand or begin new enterprises and to assist existing operators sell their businesses is an essential service to the restaurant community of North Carolina. Therefore, your dedication and enthusiasm to help members of the restaurant industry purchase or sell has made you an industry leader of significance. Efforts by you and your firm insure that restaurants across the state maintain their position as the cornerstone of our society. What you are doing makes a difference both today and tomorrow."
